Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. SHIPPING AREA

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Processing includes order verification, quality checks, packing, and handover to the shipping carrier.

We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders for fraud prevention, address verification, or security purposes.

3. INTERNATIONAL FULFILLMENT

We use international fulfillment partners.

Orders ship directly from locations outside the United States, primarily China. Goods do not transit through Germany at any point, and Cradlux does not maintain warehousing, retail, or fulfillment operations in either the United States or Germany.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this fulfillment model.

4. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages and may arrive on different dates.

This does not indicate that items are missing or lost.

5. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery time is approximately 7 to 15 calendar days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Carrier delays
Customs processing
Weather or natural events
Labor disruptions or strikes
High seasonal demand
Global logistics disruptions

Shipping delays alone do not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

6. FREE SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

Expedited shipping options are not currently available.

7. TRACKING

Tracking information is provided once the order has shipped.

Tracking updates may take 3 to 5 business days to appear in the carrier's system.

Carrier tracking status is considered the primary delivery confirmation.

8. ACCURATE SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Address changes submitted after order placement
Carrier access issues

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.

9. UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED PACKAGES

If a package is returned due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address
Delivery refusal
Failure to claim the package

The customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

10. RISK OF LOSS

Risk of loss generally passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

11. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Packages Marked as "Delivered"

If tracking shows a package as "Delivered" but it cannot be located:

Please contact the carrier directly
Then contact us for assistance

While we are generally not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, we may review such cases on a reasonable, case-by-case basis.

Packages Lost in Transit

If a package is confirmed lost in transit (no delivery confirmation), please contact us so we can review the case and assist with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

12. DELAYED ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us at:

13. CUSTOMS AND IMPORTS

Most U.S. orders do not incur import duties or fees.

Customs processing is outside our control and may affect delivery timelines.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, labor disruptions, or global supply chain issues.
